Our office is in Saxonburg, PA — which puts us within easy reach of eastern Ohio. We serve Youngstown, Ashtabula, and the Pennsylvania-border towns in between, and being close by means something practical: when you call for an evaluation or a repair, we’re not planning an expedition. We’re just driving over — it’s close.

We handle the measuring and the installing ourselves, so the team that evaluates your staircase is the same team that fits your lift — and the same team that comes back if it ever needs service. What We Do in Eastern Ohio
Eastern Ohio gets the full menu — the same products and the same owner-installer service as every market we cover:
- Straight stairlifts — the Bruno Elan (SRE-5000) for standard staircases. Comfortable, dependable, installed in a few hours.
- Curved stairlifts — the Bruno Elite (CRE-2110) for staircases with turns or landings. We measure to the inch, and the rail is custom-built for your stairs.
- Outdoor stairlifts — the Bruno Elite Outdoor (SRE-2010E), weatherproof, for porch steps and outdoor grade changes.
- Stairlift service & repair — we service any brand. If your lift isn’t running right, we’ll make the drive and fix it.
- Wheelchair ramps — EZ-ACCESS modular ramps for step-free entry.
Every job starts with a free in-home evaluation. I’ll come out to your home, look at your staircase, and give you an honest answer about what you need — and what you don’t.
We also handle home-modification jobs through funding programs — if a coordinator sends you our way, we’ll take it from there. And if you already have a lift from another company that’s giving you trouble, we service any brand, so one call is all it takes.
