Curved Stairlifts

Curved Stairlifts, Built for Your Exact Staircase

When your stairs turn a corner, wrap around a landing, or curve, a straight stairlift won’t fit. A curved stairlift uses a rail that’s custom-built to follow every inch of your staircase — measured by us, manufactured for your home, and installed by our own team.

How It Works

1. We measure your stairs

At your free in-home evaluation, we take precise measurements of every turn, angle, and landing. This isn’t guesswork — the rail is built from these numbers.

2. Your rail is custom-manufactured

We build the rail to match your staircase exactly. This is the part that takes time — and it’s why curved stairlifts are an investment rather than an off-the-shelf purchase.

3. We install it

Our own team installs the rail and the lift, tests everything, and walks you through operating it. The rail mounts to your stair treads — not the wall — and most installations are done in a day once the rail arrives.

Common Questions

How much does a curved stairlift cost?

Because every rail is custom-built, there’s no one-size price — it depends on the length of your stairs, the number of turns, and the options you choose. That’s exactly why the evaluation is free: we measure, then give you one clear price before anything is ordered. No surprises.

How long does the whole process take?

The evaluation happens within days of your call. After that, the rail goes into manufacturing — we’ll give you an honest timeline at your appointment, and the installation itself is typically a single day.

Will it work on my stairs?

If your staircase has a turn, an intermediate landing, a curve, or even a spiral section, a curved rail can be built for it. Narrow stairs, steep stairs — we’ve seen it all. The evaluation is where we confirm the fit.

Can people still walk up the stairs?

Yes. The seat, armrests, and footrest all fold up when the lift is parked, leaving the stairs open for everyone else in the home.
